Cancellation Policy

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Due to a cause attributable to the LANDLORD
    Unavailability of the vessel due to damage, breakdown, or any other matter under its responsibility or due to meteorological events that prevent sailing (SINAPROC Notice) , the LESSEE has the right to a 100% refund of the amount paid or to reschedule the service to a date of their convenience.
  • Due to a cause attributable to the LESSEE (reasons of force majeure) .
    With a minimum of 2 weeks' notice prior to departure to the LESSOR, the LESSEE has the right to RESCHEDULE (NOT TO REFUND) the service to a date of convenience according to the availability of the vessel.
  • The TENANT will have the right to be REIMBURSED if he/she requests it only 1 week or less after having contracted the service. After this week, the service can only be RESCHEDULED.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE 56' CATAMARAN:

  • Due to a cause attributable to the LANDLORD
    Unavailability of the vessel due to damage, breakdown, or any other matter under its responsibility or due to meteorological events that prevent sailing (SINAPROC Notice) , the LESSEE has the right to a 100% refund of the amount paid or to reschedule the service to a date of their convenience.
  • Due to a cause attributable to the LESSEE (reasons of force majeure) .
    With prior notification to the LESSOR before departure, the LESSEE has the right to RESCHEDULE (NOT REFUND) the service to a date of their convenience according to the availability of the vessel and taking into account these parameters:
  • 1 month's notice: Rescheduling without penalty.
  • 2-3 weeks notice: Lose 20% of the total TICKET.
  • 1 week notice: Lose 50% of the total TICKET.
  • Prior notification of less than 1 week: Lose 100% of the SUBSCRIPTION.
